Each month I send just one newsletter, covering off the energy of the month ahead and other random things. Disastrously, this month Gmail channelled it into spam, because of broken links (serves me right for not checking). So I’ve mostly copied it into this post (minus links), so you can still enjoy it…
Pisces season. Feb 20 - Mar 20
Fascinating planetary movements bring themes of new realities and reverberations this month.
The usually chilled Pisces month is overrun by major celestial events, starting with the long-awaited Saturn/Neptune conjunction on Feb 20. The Moon sensitises this and there HAS to be something major around or on this day. This event restarts the 37ish-year cycle that has historically been tied to themes of democracy, idealism, philanthropy and socialism. Russian history has particularly tight links to this cycle (1917 - Russian revolution, 1953 - death of Stalin, 1989 - collapse of communism).
For the past couple of years we’ve contended with confusing (Neptune) realities (Saturn) and false (Neptune) authority (Saturn). Recent events with the Epstein files show reckonings (Saturn) around lies (Neptune). Let’s hope the positive side of this combination continues.
Simultaneously, we’re in eclipse season. Feb 17 was the solar eclipse and March 3 is the lunar one. These periods happen twice a year and bring a tumultuous quality. Sudden events and pivots can occur. Leaders can be annointed and destroyed around these times. In our personal lives, anyone with planets or points near the eclipse degrees can expect some fast-tracking in personal story arcs.
Eclipse degrees remain sensitive, and are triggered by the passing of the quick inner planets in the days, weeks and months afterwards. This is the reverberation theme of the month. Throughout March we’ll see activations by the Moon, Mars and Mercury (which turns retrograde on Feb 27). Perhaps these will mark new chapters in your eclipse storylines. The Moon will make things emotional, Mars brings anger and motivation, while Mercury retrograde may see you rethinking decisions, or figuring out details. Key dates are March 12, 14, 16 & 18.
Venus shifts into Aries on March 7, hopefully pacifying any trouble laid down with the Saturn/Neptune meeting. Jupiter also shifts into direct motion on March 11. These are bright spots that will shine all the love, joy and humanity that we need to negotiate some of the trickier energy that’s hovering.
If the world is feeling a bit too full-on for you, please take it easy and know that we’re experiencing the BAM of the year – things don’t maintain this level of intensity. The reverberations will continue, but there’s a much greater sense of potential in the months ahead.
Just like my fruitbowl at the end of summer, there’s some unpleasantness to be had as things overstay their welcome. The stench of corrupt systems and unfair power structures are currently being highlighted. As a collective we’ll chuck out the mouldy stuff, and restock as the year goes on. This month is like the unpleasant realisation of all that needs attention.

I’m generally not a ‘predictive’ astrologer. Instead, I believe firmly in astrological ‘forecasting’ where we can assess the upcoming energetic weather and decide how we’re going to work WITH it. I’m all about co-creating. I believe that we hold our fate in our own hands.
Having said that, from time to time I do get a bit predictive about the celebrities that I cover. It’s a bit of fun. But there’s also serious astrology involved and its worth revisiting some of my statements to see how accurate I’ve been. Did things pan out the way I thought?….
PREDICTION 1: Feb 2024
That Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce would marry.
I checked out their synastry in a blog post and concluded that they were a great match. “All in all, I’d say marriage is very likely for Taylor between July this year and June 2025.”
My timing was wrong, however they DID get engaged in August 2025. I’ll defend myself by stating that the romance was definitely heating up during the predicted timeline. :)
PREDICTION 2: June 2025 Newsletter.
That Jacob Elordi was going to have a good year.
“Jupiter is swishing over his planets throughout 2025/2026. This is GREAT for an ambitious young man. Opportunities and new ways to express himself should abound. Keep an eye on him this year – I would expect his star to be majorly on the rise.”
And yes. He’s just been nominated for an academy award.
PREDICTION 3:
That Britney Spears would make a comeback in mid 2025.
That didn’t happen (although she had her biggest ever streaming day in October 2025).
PREDICTION 4:
That Donald Trump would win the 2024 election.
That DID happen.

Like all economists, weatherpeople and trend forecasters, peeking into the future is a tricky business and you’re never right all of the time. But generally I think my record is good.
